Aperitif and reception
Aperitif in the garden or by the pool at sunset, followed by the reception in the villa's salons or under a marquee in the park. Total flexibility in designing the layout, in line with your style.

How many guests can we invite?
The number of guests depends on the type of setup. For outdoor receptions in the park, the villa can accommodate up to 150 seated guests. For indoor receptions in the salons, the number is around 80-100 guests. These are approximate figures: during a site visit we will define together the best formula for your wedding.
Can the villa be booked exclusively?
Yes. On the day of the wedding the villa is reserved for your exclusive use. No other guests, no overlap with other hotel activities.
How many rooms are available for guests?
Villa L'Avvenire has 10 rooms and suites, which can accommodate up to 20-25 people including the closest guests, the parents of the bride and groom, and witnesses.
Can we choose our own catering?
Yes, with complete flexibility. You can use the villa's in-house restaurant or bring an external caterer of your choice. The villa's spaces are equipped to host external services with all necessary utilities.
What happens in case of rain?
The villa's indoor spaces, 1,300 m² of historic salons and rooms, guarantee a complete plan B in case of bad weather. A final decision on the layout is taken based on the weather forecast in the days leading up to the wedding.
Is a civil ceremony possible at the villa?
Villa L'Avvenire is ideal for symbolic ceremonies. For a legally binding civil ceremony, you will need to contact the Municipality of Siena or one of the official authorised venues. A symbolic celebration at the villa can be equally emotional and fully personalised.
How far in advance should we book?
For the most popular months (May to September) we recommend booking at least 12-18 months in advance. For other periods of the year, 6-9 months in advance is usually sufficient. Contact us early to check availability for your preferred dates.
